After Chief Physician Armand ended his employment with the Medical Center in the summer for personal reasons, a suitable successor was found immediately in Dr. Djuidja Kow Epse Kom Florette. In this short interview, she gives us an overview of her start at the Medical Center.
What is your first impression of the Medical Center in Békoko?
The center is easily accessible both geographically and financially. The technical equipment is not completely adequate, but it is of high quality. The staff is multidisciplinary and works well together as a team. Cleanliness is another special feature of the facility.
Why did you choose this position?
I am committed to working at Hope and Life to put my skills into practice and improve my professional knowledge.
What are your main tasks?
Management of medical emergencies, medical advice, patient care, monitoring and coordination of care. In parallel, I also work in the areas of childbirth, minor surgery and first aid.
What are the goals you want to achieve at the Medical Center?
My main goal is to contribute to the development of the center through my experience and promoting health through campaigns.
