With our association KamerunGO!, we operate the first medical health center in Bekoko. The aim is to offer a point of contact for consultations and preventative care, as well as minor treatments for health problems. This is intended to sustainably improve the health situation in Bekoko.

With the following donation packages, we are actively and sustainably focusing on one of the most vulnerable groups - expectant mothers! In close cooperation with the local population, we would like to strengthen health care and further expand the medical health centre in Bekoko to meet the needs of expectant mothers and women.
Why Cameroon?
The health care system in Cameroon is in a very poor state!
The medical care of the 24 million people of Cameroon is in a desolate state:
- Hospitals are falling apart, are inadequately equipped and do not even meet minimum hygiene standards.
- Many medical devices are old, broken and cannot be serviced on site.
- Often there are few or no doctors employed in clinics. For this reason, the treatments are often carried out by nurses – including operations that should be carried out urgently by expert surgeons.
Due to a largely missing health system, the majority of the population has no or only very limited access to medical care and that is exactly where we want to start with our project first.
