With our association KamerunGO! we run the first medical health center in Bekoko.
The aim is to offer a contact point for advice and preventative work, as well as minor treatments for health complaints. The aim is to sustainably improve the health situation in Bekoko. Why it's worth it, KamerunGO! to support:

With the following donation packages, we are actively and sustainably focusing on one of the most vulnerable groups - expectant mothers! In close cooperation with the local population, we would like to strengthen health care and further expand the medical health centre in Bekoko to meet the needs of expectant mothers and women.
Why Cameroon?
Health care in Cameroon is in a very bad state!
Medical care for Cameroon's 24 million people is in a desolate state:
- Hospitals are crumbling, are under-furnished and do not even meet minimal hygiene regulations.
- Many medical devices are old, broken and cannot be serviced on site.
- Often there are few or no doctors employed in clinics. For this reason, the treatments are often carried out by nurses – including operations that should be carried out urgently by expert surgeons.
Due to a largely lacking healthcare system, the majority of the population has no or only very limited access to medical care and this is precisely where we want to start with our project.
