{"id":4203,"date":"2024-09-03T15:26:59","date_gmt":"2024-09-03T13:26:59","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/kamerungo.org\/services-offered-by-the-health-center-how-we-help-on-site\/"},"modified":"2024-09-03T15:26:59","modified_gmt":"2024-09-03T13:26:59","slug":"services-offered-by-the-health-center-how-we-help-on-site","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/kamerungo.org\/en\/services-offered-by-the-health-center-how-we-help-on-site\/","title":{"rendered":"Services offered by the health center &#8211; how we help on site"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Our association aims to offer the people of Bekoko access to primary medical care and health information in the first and so far only local health center.<br \/>\nWe aim to open the medical health center by the end of December. <\/strong>  Right from the start, we offer the population access to medical care and the opportunity to receive advice or treatment from our professional team.<br \/>\nIf necessary, contact is made with other medical facilities that can provide further treatment for those affected.   &nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>The health center offers the following services:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Medical advice from the center&#8217;s team for non-acute symptoms.<\/li>\n<li>Preventive measures in the form of vaccinations and the delivery of preventive preparations, especially for children and the elderly.<\/li>\n<li>Laboratory tests for the diagnosis of diseases such as malaria, TB, HIV, etc.<\/li>\n<li>Treatment of minor injuries.<\/li>\n<li>Establishing contact and referring patients to a doctor or suitable institution, especially if further treatment or surgery by a doctor is necessary.<\/li>\n<li>Free advice for young people on topics such as sexuality, disease prevention and contraception, subject to confidentiality.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>  Treatments at the health center are offered to beneficiaries at fair prices.<br \/>\nIf a person cannot afford the amount, a solution should be found so that they can still be treated.   &nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Our association aims to offer the people of Bekoko access to primary medical care and health information in the first and so far only local health center.
